popping/backfiring on deceleration
what causes it and how to i get rid of it? im assuming there is some fuel getting into the exhaust when i let off the gas. basically when im in gear and totally off the gas i get some loud popping and backfires through the exhaust. are there changes i can make to the fuel cut or fuel recover tables?...

i saw your problem.. the thing is, i have an 88T ecu.. he says the problems are with earlier ecus.... plus i have the afm voltage issue.. im sure all this is related to either a defective afm, defective nistune or a defective computer or some combination of the three, but i dont have spares to exper...

Some questos: What year ECU are you using? its an 88 turbo ecu Where is the voltage being measured from? AFM/ECU plug or NIStune readout? im just looking at the display in the nistune software.. when i have time i can measure it from wherever you want me to. What is the voltage readout from NIStune...

i have a z32 afm installed. i removed the resistors on the main board to remove the voltage offset when i used a romulator.. i have also removed the afm voltage offset from the nistune adr file. at idle i have approximatly 2.7 volts, and at 10 psi on my 50 trim t3/t4 the voltage hits 5.3.. something...

let me have a look at it tonight. from memory i decided on using millivolts because of using integers and made updates accordingly so 1500 = 1.5 volts is any more info available on this topic? i have an 88T computer that i will be installing Nistune into when it gets here. i have already been using...
