Hi
I noticed the checkbox "Wideband Display Lambda" and now my AFR reading shows values around 14.7
Still AFR autotune leans out the mixture until the car nearly stalls. I saw values of 1:20
regards
Christian

Re: CA18DET + Z32 AFM, too high TP values
Yes, that's what I wanted to do when I hit fuel cut
I asked because I thought if TP changes so much something else inside the ECU which I can't access might be out of calibration
Anyway, I'll use the method you described
Thank you

AFR auto tune
Hi I think there is a bug in AFR auto tuner. I'm using a Techedge WBO2 2.0 which outputs the lambda value. It seems that AFR autotuner is thinking 1.000 means mixtures of 1:1 or 1:10 and severely leans out the mixture until the car nearly stalls. I saw lambda 1.3-1.4 on my Techedge. I tried this on ...

CA18DET + Z32 AFM, too high TP values
Hey guys I just finished a first test drive with my new Z32 AFM (still stock injectors, 444 waiting to be installed) I used Operations -> Change MAF in Nistune and was surprised how well the car was idling and on light load. With O2 feedback disabled I saw very close values to 1:14.7 But later I fou...

AFR offset
Hi When playing with my new wideband I noticed a slight delay between measured AFR and fuel put into the engine (load point in the fuelmap) I think the reason is (obviously) that it takes time for the mixture to burn and pass exhaust valves and lambda sensor (which itself has a short delay) I think ...

Logging problem in Injector duty cycle/time???
Hello I did a long run with the new wideband connected and noticed that sometimes the values for injection time/duty cycle are odd. It can be clearly seen at 45 minutes 30 seconds that with full throttle from low revs upward duty cycle is 24% max, then at 2475 suddenly drops to 12%. AFR stays in rea...

Forget what I said. It seems to work. I'm a bit confused now... I did a reboot of the laptop and normally only send it sleeping. But that can't be it I think? On which diff is Nistune based? I suppose JDM, correct? Stock european S13 has 1:3.916 and I changed it to 1:3.692. What would be the correct...

Hm, strange. I entered 195/60/15 as OEM size and 215/45/17 as current size. I tried to change wheel inches to 18 and 20 in current size and I altered the tire to 215/65/17. Both did nothing. Rich S, I already did that, my speedo itself is spot on. It's the Nistune printout I want to calibrate. Thank...

Speed calibration
Hi I have installed the diff off a S14 into my S13 to have longer gearing. Is there a way to adjust speed in Nistune? Consult vehicle display shows 135 km/h when I'm driving 148 (tested with GPS). I have tried tyre size speed correction in configuration, but that doesn't change anything. I'm on vers...
