I can only imagine what you are getting into with the obd-2's. Any possibility of a beta version/patch etc, I would really like to get these working together.

Latest software I downloaded didnt have the choice for it in preferences. Hows this coming along by the way?

Have you checked the install of the nistune board? sounds like something may have gotten loose.

all the solder joints are ok besides being ugly, but will clean them as you asked, just wanted to wait for it to fire up before finishing the install. As for the heat issue i have no clue, it hasnt been near anything i can think of unless somehow something shorted with first install but never felt a...

that would be nice, thank you. I am still having the problem with the board pluged in though.

well looks as though i made a mistake, somehow i broke off pin 15 on the nistune unit where it plugs into the socket. with it installed i still get continuity from the backside of my ecu to the top pin on the nistune board, but is this to much of a resistance between without the pin?
