Figured it out. Wired my own relay to feed power using the switched 12v for the relay instead. Kept the noise suppression capacitor installed as well.
Working perfectly again.

I wired in the Nissan condensor ignition piece to the 12v to the coils and grounded it to a good ground. Still unable to maintain a connection.

The TPS is adjusted and just has a small dead spot where it skips from 0.58-0.62 as 0.60 doesnt seem to register. The rest of the range is perfect. AFM wire is shielded through the engine bay. seems that if i get the car nice and warm it drives great.,,We checked the temp sensor and it checked out. Ive got the issue solved by hard wiring it right to the consult port a few cms from the ECU harness and bam, problem solved. Connectivity is perfect for now, havent been able to rev it high enough to see if there will any interference at higher RPMs
