Re: Ford Lightning MAF on KA24DE with Nistune
Forgot to update this... got the car running right. I can't remember what the final setting was (can look it up), but the injector latency was off. Once it was set right and I evened out the fuel map everything started running good.

Ford Lightning MAF on KA24DE with Nistune
I have the following setup for Ford Lightning MAF. It's a CAI setup with 4" piping and the maf/filter outside of the engine bay (in front of driver wheel). http://shust.com/240sx/DSC00077.jpg Under full boost with Nistune, the car runs great. However, daily driving the car on city/hiway it gets...

Re: FORD LIGHTNING 90mm MAF - part number????
Wanted to know if this query has been solved yet and if there are differences between the mafs (and if so, what they are).

Neutral switch doesn't work... Can start the car without the clutch depressed. Not sure if this can be fixed or not.

Re: Breakup with light throttle + light load
240SX with KA24DE, PT5858E turbo, Ford Lightning 4" MAF, 75# Delphi injectors.
Runs great under boost. Has been happening since I got the turbo setup up and running.
Here is a log of the car at idle and slight cruising

Breakup with light throttle + light load
Things are running good, but it seems that when I am at light load (~2k) and light throttle, there is some slight breakup (I hear a 'pop' like its misfiring) and my a/f gauge reads lean. What could cause this? I tried switching various parameters but it appears nothing is helping.
Thanks,
Mark

Re: consult gauges have disappeared
Looks like this was fixed by going to Window > Cascade. Somehow I lost the windows when things were viewed/resized for a 22" screen. Just an FYI so it might help someone in the future.

Re: Car not getting above 5.3k - MAF voltage?
So, I feel lik e an idiot - apparently the rev limit 3 is what was controlling the rev limit - not rev limit 1. Maybe different on AT ecu's?
Anyways car runs great now - ty for your help.

Re: Car not getting above 5.3k - MAF voltage?
I am in fact using an AT ecu on an MT car. How can I fix this? I thought MT/AT ecu's are interchangeable.

Car not getting above 5.3k - MAF voltage?
Hi all, Just getting everything straightened out... car is a 95 240sx with ka24de, pt5857 turbo, lightning mac, bc v3's, delphi 75#, nistune, walbro, aem fuel rail, etc. Anyways, car idles great. Runs pretty good under 5k with slight stalling here and there (needs decel adjustments). Just threw in n...

Re: confirm settings / checked off
Correct... I completely agree. Lots of settings in here though especially for the new user, and jumping from section to section it can be a little confusing.

confirm settings / checked off
There are a lot of different settings in NisTune, and maybe it's just because I'm a beginner, but I get easily confused on what settings I no longer want to touch anymore (aka Confirmed settings) and which ones I still need to modify. It would be nice if we could right click on a section in the left...

Re: consult gauges have disappeared
Also, under Operations > Select Display Gauges, the only items are Knock count, TP (Load Index) and Injection duty cycle. I remembered seeing more options here.

consult gauges have disappeared
Everything was working fine for about a week, but now when I go to Display > Consult Gauges they just don't show up. After selecting it a new item "Consult Gauges View" does show up under the Windows menu and there is a checkmark next to it, but no gauges are displayed. The car is hooked u...
