Cheers Matt, made a mistake in the original post, Dwell Time is 3F00 -> 3F0F.

Those address locations are taken from a TunerPro address file. It appears to be reporting 3's as B's

As quoted in a Nico article:

the ca18det dwell map is located at H3890 and is 32bits long
