I think I may have resolved the issue. It was the ground cable from the head. I relocated the battery to the trunk and can't believe I forgot about that ground cable. So now I am swapping back to the XCESSIVE manifold and I am going to see how it runs with that. Hopefully I'll have that done tomorro...

I unplugged the MAF and now it will idle stead at 1k for about 15 seconds and then it slowly drops the AFR from 14.8 down to the 12's and that is when I shut it off. I plugged the MAF back in and I have the issue again. I also tried flipping the MAF around, but it didn't result in any change.

I just threw a fuel pressure gauge in-line with the feed and I am getting 43 PSI consistently. I tried playing with the multiplier just to see, and it didn't make a difference at all. Quick note: I know you're a way off at present, but once you get that sorted and re-fit the ID1000's, be careful at first startup. Once you go to injectors that size it's VERY easy to wet the plugs. People typically keep cranking if it won't fire - avoid this if you can. Have NIStune open and synce...

Could be a leak from the manifold. Was it the bolt on kit from Xcessive? Yes, it is the XCESSIVE KA24DE Intake Manifold Kit with the Q45 Flange pre-welded. I tried my HP mini 1035 netbook and it works fine with it. I am running Windows 7 32-Bit on the netbook, instead of 64-bit. I'm not saying that is the exact issue, but I will continue to diagnose. I no longer get the disconnects when starting the car either.

The MAF is still the stock S14 MAF and it worked fine 2 months ago. There was 1 ECU message, but I forget what it was. I will try to capture it again.

Although idle isn't being regulated, it should run with throttle. As soon as I hit the gas pedal, it stalls out. This is why I am thinking it's not getting any fuel. As soon as I open the throttle, more air is going through, but the fuel just doesn't seem like it's there. If the issue was with the A...

I changed back to the stock injectors and stock Fuel Pressure Regulator and loaded the stock S14_KA24DE_MT image from the nistune rom pack and the issue still exists. I swapped out the injectors for a different set. The one's in there now are 65lb / hr. So I set them to 683cc. After the change I was able to get log for the few seconds that it ran.
