I did the debug log and it worked, timing was at 15 at idle but when I drove It went to 7 with a little load and then at wot went to 60. Now it's back at 60... I really need to figure this out asap. Matt if it's not too much to ask could you email me so I could get a quicker response? Thanks alot. Email is mx.racer69@gmail.com.

This sounds suspiciously like you may have some blank tables. Check each table down the left panel. Load up a std image to compare with.

Usually blank tables will have all values set at maximum.

Post your image up here if you want somebody to check it.

thanks matt, please email me after if you dont mind, thanks alot.

on another note i adjusted the tps and got the timing down to 26 at idle somehow but as soon as you touch the gas at all it goes to 60 again. also replaced coolant temp sensor, and knock sensors to see if it changed at all and nothing has helped yet other than the tps, if i unplug the knock sensors it goes down as well.

okay as promised time to look at this

uuuum your timing table is completely wiped out! its values are 255 throughout. PL got it right, thats why its reporting 60 in consult!

Do the following:

0. Make sure you have the ROM image pack installed
1. Connect to consult
2. Sync maps ECU to PC (click the picture of the laptop)
3. Click the 'file open' button on Compare and browse for the HCR32_RB20DET_11U00_MT_MECR212.BIN file from the ROM pack Type 2/HCR32_RB20DET folder
4. => Copy button
5. Select timing map, knock limit 2 map, idle/decel RPM+neutral timing (which were changed) tables
6. Tick 'comparison to main' to copy from the image you loaded over the top of the downloaded image in 'main'
7. Sync maps PC to ECU (click picture of the car)

Test and check your timing now works then burn the image afterwards

I'll have to check it out. Pete says you dont have the 11U00 ROM image there, but an earlier one (which only has a single timing map so Nistune doesnt show it)

That might be why its disappearing...

Are you syncing into the correct ROM image when syncing from the ECU?
