can i use only a lc1 o2 sensor and no stock stock o2
I am going to use a lc1 wide band on my z31. I am having exhaust made up and was wondering if I will need 2 o2 sensor bungs. One for the stock and one for the wideband. If I could just use the wideband only that would be great.

the LC-1 has narrow band output on it which you can wire to your ECU. So you only need the one for the LC-1

So should I put it where the stock o2 sensor was or place it further back. Its a z31. Does the lc1 instructions show how to wire up to the stock narrowband? I have not received mine in the mail yet to read it.

you can download the instruutions when you install logworks
Okay it will tell you also where to install the sensor. I'm not sure where the Z31s are but probably same as R31. I tend to want to install it further down the pipe before the cat, facing 9 - 3 oclock as per the LC-1 manual

i found that if you have a stock or replacement downpipe with the catalytic converter AIV fitting, you can cut the fitting off and weld the bung there and it should work well. it's about 6 inches further away from the turbo.
