what does...not registered for Consult mean????

Post by jerryb »

Im a new user and my Nistune started up as expected but after some time ...maybe a couple of hours.....it stopped reading ECU activity and the above message appeared.

What does it mean and what should I do to get everything going again??

And yes..... it is a paid for and registered version.

Thanx

What board are you using?

What address file is opened at the time that you got the error?

Usually happens when you have the wrong address file opened and trying to use consult for the key you have been issued

I believe the type 2 board for a Ka24e....running the stanza ECU.......ah...ha..............I see says the blind man......I switched back to the U12 Ka24e version and the message went away. Can I assume it will read the data now?

Also....does anyone have an established baseline I can work with for a turbo setup??

Just a warning  ....Im completely new to this stuff being an old carb guy. My comfort zone use to be trippple mukunis and a timing light but Im trying real hard to come to grips with "maps" and a wide band AFRs, please be patient!

Thanx and cheers.
