Updates for window management
- Better tracking of window opening/closing means no crashes now when swapping address files etc with open windows
- Remembers size / positiion for each open map/table window type

- Fix for table length being exceeded during maptrace causing crash

Downloaded version 113 and opened up. the lower tier of options...K value etc work. When I try to open the fuel or timing maps I get an error message that says NisTune needs to close down.

yeah i noticed that last night too.... for some reason the error only occurs in the release version (not the one i develop with) which is why i didn't see it earlier

it only seemed to happen when i had a 32K address file but loaded a 16K ROM image

will investigate this further... in the meantime roll back to 112 until i get it sorted
