Relation between TP and injector multiplier

From Nistune Mapping Guide:
Theoretical Pulse width (TP) = MAF lookup * injector multiplier

So if I change injector multiplier (for example) down by 10%, then the TP will go down about 10% ? And i need to rescale TP load scales ?

That is correct, the load scales are usually changed when you hit the end of them (ie TP index > current maximum TP load number in the scaling)
