problem with programmer

When I program the ecu type 4 I have this error



I closed the PGM and OPEN the J!,J2,J3

Please Help me

did you find out the issue in the end as i'm having the same problem

We also sometime have this error on old type programmer but sometimes board actually works faultless ??? But mostly it put ECU in limp mode ...

this is with one of the new usb programmers, been having bit of a mission getting it to work right today to say the least

first the cable supplied was showing the programmer as unknown device and not letting drivers to install so tried another cable and it fixed this issue

Now i've triple checked the board is in pgm mode and the other jumpers are free of solder and yet it still doesnt want to say succesfull

Only way i can get the progress bar to move is to select quick then press the program button, then it'll do some magic but then say store verify failed

Have tried on a windows vista laptop and a window xp desktop pc both the same issue
Altho i havent tried the ecu on the car as its raining outside at the moment

fitting the type 4 board on correctly would be a good start thanks matt
