How to "Increase Fuel" for Big intake plenum + Q45 throttle

Want to know more about "Increase Fuel" in Type 1 board CA18DET,
There are 8 column in the "Increase Fuel"
Usually I see zero on the most left column, and it goes higher number on the right hand side.
If fast throttle movement travel at 20% throttle open, the enrichment would refere to the left hand side of the "Increase Fuel" ?
If fast throttle movement travel at 80% throttle open, the enrichment would refere to the right hand side of the "Increase Fuel" ?
I have found that it is quite tricky to correctly set for Big intake plenum + Q45 throttle !

In S14 SR20DET type 3 board,
I see these number are backwards, higher on the left and lower on the right,
And how to set in S14 ?
