Problem with board or ECU

Guys maybe you can help, there is the problem with Z32 i bought board and have tuned the car, the car was customers so he came few days ago with the problem when i try to find out i couldn't consult, when i try to put standard ecu its ok but with nistuned ecu car is starting its too rich red led comes on and fan from air cond is working all the time
any opinion or suggest what to do ?

Its in Limp Mode.

So the board was working okay (because you tuned it) and several days later it is now running limp mode (LED, no consult, fans)

Check the installation of the board and the CPU connector cable, some soldering appears to have come unstuck. If in doubt, post high res pics of the installation on both sides of the ecu

Matt Car with tuned Board was working for month at least, everything is ok, its even now is starting but seems like too reach, i cant get to the map also coz cant consult it
i will check it this days and post pics as well
