After start timing Advance BDTC?

Is it for cranking or a warm-up idle table?

Thats correct. Because its 'after start' or after cranking. It should display the same timing on consult gauge as this table during warmup until hits certain temp

I have to check my logfiles but I believe this table adds to the main timing tables for a warm up timing. I know my particular setup will have up to 45 plus degrees when warming up, then ramp down to no additional timing. Or that's what being shown in the consult gauges anyway.

This is correct. What I'm adding in extra smarts for highlighting for inside the s/w which is not finished quite yet

Anyway the ECU will take the crank temp and use it to determine when to use these tables. Lots of the ECU code is conditional. ie If you re-crank again later the table may change (just to confuse things)

Cold table is used below temp and other table used above temp. Those tables are temp and RPM based and accessed in the same code routines

Or is it delivered by the Warm-up Timing Table?

The idle/decel table is the main idle timing map.
