Cant see log files and bin files from windows explorer

Hi,

I have recently installed a Nistune type 4 board and have now purchased a nistune license for my R34 GTT. I love the software, I am running logs at the moment to troubleshoot an issue. Once I save the log file, then go to windows explorer to find the log file to view it, it says there are no files in the C:/program files/Nistune/Logs directory?? But when I login to nistune again I can view them. Why are they being hidden?

Same problem with .bin files that I downloaded off the ecu.

Any help much appreciated!

Its a windows Vista/7 problem (or security feature)

Change your folders where files are saved so they are no longer in C:\Program Files (x86)\Nistune

Put them under 'my documents' or similar

I'm updating the software at the moment and testing under Win7 so the new save folders will be My Documents\Nistune

Also change your save path for the logs to this same path
