VTC setup

VTC RPM Recover 6100
VTC RPM Cut 5900
VTC TP Cut 24

a little confusing, what window does it activate from at lower RPM, is it always on until 5900?

please explain a little more

it's basically activated once the car starts moving
(prerequisites for activation is: VSPD > 0 and PARK/NEUTRAL SWITCH is OFF and CLOSED/THRTL SWITCH is OFF)

and it's deactivated once it reaches the rpm cut/recover window
