Hi.
Your help is necessary to me.
At me RB25DET without completions.
ecu Z32
The standard insertion rb25det for ECU Z32 is necessary to me
whitebnight@mail.ru
Has changed pin on injector
R33 pin 105 to Z32 pin 110
R33 pin 110 to Z32 pin 105
R33 pin 112 to Z32 pin 114
R33 pin 114 to Z32 pin 112
Whether it is necessary to change pin for "Ignition Signal" ???????
Z32 pin 2 (the cylinder 2) - R33 pin 2 (the cylinder 5)
Z32 pin 11 (the cylinder 4) - R33 pin 11 (the cylinder 6)
Z32 pin 12 (the cylinder 5) - R33 pin 12 (the cylinder 2)
Z32 pin 13 (the cylinder 6) - R33 pin 13 (the cylinder 4)
In advance thanks.

Re: standard RB25DET ecu Z32
Matt,
After material studying, there was a problem.
Did under the old scheme, here so. Probably it already on correct???
6) Fuel Temperature input – pin 36
Z32 uses a fuel temperature sensor. This is not used on the RB25 and the matching pin
does not have a wire connected. A Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be raised be the
Z32 ECU if it senses that the voltage on this pin is out of range. This input can be
simulated by fitting a 2 kohm resistor between pin 36 and GND – which will give a reading
of around 25 degrees fuel temp.
6) Fuel Temperature input – pin 36 *
Z32 uses a fuel temperature sensor. RB25 does not - and the matching pin does not have
a wire connected. A Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) will be raised by the Z32 ECU if it
senses that the voltage on this pin is out of range. This input can be simulated by fitting a 2
K resistor between pin 36 and GND (pin 30) – which will give a reading of around 25
degrees fuel temp (other values can also be used eg: 1K = 40 degrees)

Re: standard RB25DET ecu Z32
Both methods are valid. Pete updated since SMD resistors are not easy to come by. I still use the top method since I have those resistors. Both ground the fuel pump via resistor to ground

Re: standard RB25DET ecu Z32
Matt.
Still a question) forgive I from Russia) I hope you me you will understand)
Has established insertion Z32_RB25DET_41P03_transplanted_R33maps_merged_S1.bin
On the cold engine goes stably, rises boost, there is a dispersal.
When the motor is heated-up, rises boost and the car ceases to be dispersed. Goes jerky.
On standard ECU ecr33 this problem isn't present.
Prompt what indications it is possible to write down in LOG to show?

RPM, AFM, TP, injection time, and the main one AFRs. I think you are running lean
