I've seen our ANDRA officials comb carefully over our prebuild welds and stamps for tube marking etc.
I really hope it's one shop in the USA taking cheap shots at another and not really a true story.
Surely nobody could weld that badly or even cut tube with such inaccuracy that many times over.
