Lost my software code?

hey matt ive lost my serial and my laptop has craped itself. is the liscense linked to this account? how do i go about getting the serial again?

define crapped? Can you pull the hdd and put it in another machine temporarily? if you have an external hdd you can usually swap your laptops drive in the case (if its a small one and same sata etc) Serial is stored in the registry and can be pulled using a ubcd4win disc
