Extended Consult is not available with this license error?

So it's been a while since i updated the software. Everything was working fine before the upgrade. I did the upgrade and when i click the consult button to connect i get the Extended Consult error.

Version 0.10.12 Build Date Sep 8

I'm on the same laptop and everything. nothing has changed except for the upgraded software and rom pack install as instructed on the site.
Help?

not sure if it matters this is on a type 1 board.

Make sure the addrduess file for your ecu is opened first
