s13 Ka24e-t Speedlimiter

Hi all, did some research and i cant find where to remove this,
i don't see very much mention of the 89-90 s13 ka24e US motor here on the forums as i have been a lurker and reader for a while.
i tuned my car over the spring and she runs great and the earlier version of nistune i was using had the speed limiter removed.
i recently upgraded my N60 MAF to an N62 MAF and i am hitting speed limiter in 4th and 5th gear around 108-115mph
my coupe has digital hud so the numbers are climbing faster then i can monitor.

any fix for this in the address file? location i can manually edit in hex editor possibly

Please put the attached file in your Nistune address file folder. Found a 190km/h speed limiter which may be the one you are experiencing

no luck still still get limiter, tried under WOT and slowly creeping up to 118mph. im completely lost here. question i used to run an ostrich and socketed s13 ecu with tunerpro and a stock bin. with no limiter before being boosted. does your address files use the same limiter location as say the one i attached?

The newer address address files previously attached the same lines for speed limiters 2,3 and rev limiter 2. However I commented out speed limiter 1 and rev limiter 1 since they didnt appear valid

I've put these back into this one (attached) if you want to try that out
