Ca18det cant add anymore fuel underboost k 400 still as prob

I have a ca18det which i cant add anymore fuel at 4000rmp, 4500rmp, 5000rmp and so on. Uder boost the car runs lean when i am under load a/r 19, 22, eg accelaratin hard. I have log my injector duty cycle and is only at 10% when the leaning happens and have tried a diffrent airflow meter. I tried to up the k constant even at 400 it still has a problem but runs super rich 1000rmp to 3500rmp. I test the fuel pump at it holdes presure fine up there as well.please help.

Did you remove the load cut and injector TTP max ?
Also check your neutral switch in Nistune, is it in neutral when boosting ?

hey the load cut is set at 255, where abouts is the neutral switch in the nistune software.

What injection time are you seeing in consult? Does it flatten out when you record in the log player, at the same time as AFRs?

Neutral is in the 'consult view' guage panel as an indicator 'light' which goes red when on

How is your fuel pressure on boost?

I test the fuel pump at it holdes presure fine up there as well......

You are using E85 ?
Did you check your pre-fuel pump filter and inline fuel filter ? or even pre-injector filter.
I think when you have proper fueling, you will see your standard fuel pump maxed out.

Sure does sound like fuel pressure to me. Have you checked it at full boost?

Hey i did a log are and you see the injector duty/timing drop of right at the problem.

The neutral switch is not on and the injector time does not flatten out it drop out. Fuel pressure on boost is fine.

I also add a copy of the map i am using.

I'm not seeing a drop off of injection time in the log other than when the throttle wasn't wide open.

Don't forget also that the CA18 goes from sequential to batch fire. So in the log that's at around 3700 when inj values halve (goes from about 7ms to 4.5 in one line). But that's normal.
