rev limiters sr20det

i read through the manual for nistune and all i found was a vauge notice of the rev limiters
mine has two does anyone know if one is a noload limiter and the other is a load limiter?

I can explain it easily. With regards to the stock redtop sr20det bin, rev limiter 1 is where you can rev up to from idle. When you reach this value, the ecu will shut off fuel so you will drop in rpms. When your engine speed drops to the value that rev limiter 2 is set to, fuel turns back on. This happens so fast and we can bounce off the red line if we wanted to by simply holding down the throttle and watch the rpm needle bounce. Same applies to the speed limiter but dont ask me why there is a third. Someone can chime in for me on that one.
