Took some time, but finally tried to use it - doesn´t work.
Seems to connect at Port 1, but then there´s a message like "Wideband not configured" and it just reads 9 permanently...
If I open Com1 with Windows Hyper Terminal, I get correct reading submitted all the time though...
When it says 'wideband not configured' this means that the COM port has not been selected from File - Configuration for the unit
So make sure in File - Configuration that
Wideband Type = AEM UEGO
Wideband Com = COM1
Retry the connection and let me know how that goes. If that doesnt work then please shoot me through a debug log (Enable Debug Logging and the log files *.log get put in c:\Program Files\NIStune\logs)
Should be in a few days. I want to fix that logging problems where it logs nothing in the file sometimes even though it looks like it is on the screen.
Once thats done and retested a few things it should be good to release version 0.9110
However if my Moates emulator arrives early I might double check the dual ROM emulation functionality and also look into Eds ROM offset problem too. Trying to get a few bugs off my list!
I've attached a document which should cover the basics of the protocols for
trace. I have yet to finalize the implementation, but it will be soon via
firmware update.
In other words the firmware doesnt support address tracing yet. I have my Ostrich 2 here also but havent had time to even plug it in yet
I'm visiting a customer tomorrow to tie down an Innovate bug, and once that is fixed along wtih logging will do a release after then.
Verified in car and works - thanks
But please change the look, since AEM doesn´t support additional inputs so just AFR would do in the wideband box...
I'll add that one as an enhancement. I would have to do new code to redraw and the scale the fonts automatically based on how many sensor inputs there are i that window
Currently they are just drawn manually onto the window using fixed sized boxes
