Extremely high idle [when cold]

Hey Matt & other members,
I'm having a bit of an idling problem with running my RB25 on z32 ECU. When cold, the idle will be about 2k RPMS. Engine can fully warm up and idle will still be this high; it takes about 30-45 min for the idle to finally drop down to about 850 (for the ECU to recognize the engine is at normal operating temp.).

What could cause this?

It may be the timing tables on the Z32 are higher than R33

I decreased them further (and found tables are 32 bytes instead of 16 bytes) in the file attached which you can use
