CA18DET Type 1 board won't rev past 8100

Post by 21FOX21 »

Like the title says I can't rev past 8100. I have the rev limits set to 9000 and the Load limits up but it still cuts out right around 8100. Any ideas?

Limitation of the Nissan ECU is that the max rev limiter is 8000rpm. Increasing the RPM limits beyond these without us modifying the ECU wont will make no difference

Most ECUs are limited to 8000 due to coding used

Yes that is correct. However SRs don't particularly like being reved over this much anyway
