After Start Enrichment Coefficient -> Resize Injectors?

I was wondering since this table is in % and seems to have impact on start (or warmup?)
Shouldn't this be adjusted when using larger injectors?

used upto 3 seconds after start. if afrs too rich for this time after crank then reduce the values

It is right. See this scaler in RB30 EFI manual and its > 1 in the graph
