rb20det timing map

Post by crans »

Just starting with Nistune.

Car is R32 skyline with rb20det.

My timing map is all -1 the know timing map is filled out correctly.

Is this normal?

ALso after doing some logging i noticed my o2 sensor always showed 0.3v i guess this means its stuffed?

Thanks for the help

Hadnt noticed this before, but some of the earlier HCR32 skylines do not have two timing maps, only the one

So you might want to edit your ADR file in notepad or similar and change

HIGH_FIRE,&H7400,16,16,256,1,High octane Ignition time
REG_FIRE,&H7C00,16,16,256,1,Low octane Ignition time

to
HIGH_FIRE,&H7C00,16,16,256,1,Ignition time

As for the O2 voltage, this is a bit strange but I saw 0.3volts on my bench tonight with another ECU (Z31). Might be a bug with the latest version will need to double check (raised a PR)

Just ignore that sensor input for now whilst I check it out (or try with 0.9109 version which should have been working okay)

I have a 1989 Skyline but have been using a 1992 R32 ECU since i did a manual coversion, had the same problem and the fix has worked so far.
