Type3 soldering question

Hi, i just got my board back from soldering (75F01), and car went into limp-mode as soon as i plugged it in.
I have inspected the soldering and it doesnt look great.

My question is:
Should there be contact between PIN 32 & PIN 34 and on one side of the J010-J011 PINS?

One side of J011/J010 pins is the EXT line on the processor chip. Both connect together (other side is GND/5V and never should connect together!)

Only pin 2/4 GND on header should connect together

32/34 are D14/D15 data lines and should not connect
