Minimum MAF voltage accepted by the ECU. Below this the MAF DTC fault triggers

my MAF 0.7V shows , throttle is closed. I need to make 700mv? DTC - no

Yes it should be lowered to 700mV. I have never used/tested Cobra MAFs (they are common with some JWT setups) so cannot offer support for them

We do offer support for Nissan MAFs including new style slot sensors and HPX MAFs

O2 feedback affects trimming. Short term trimming is adjusted based on lean/rich mixtures in closed loop mode
