z31 ECU, Z31 MAF, 513 (after cleaned) injectors, High impedance.
When TPS is plugged - dies on Idle if using ROM, ok with board.
also OK if TPS unplugged.
suggestions?
p.s. probably I hadn't used search correctly, but I failed in finding unswer.
p.p.s. dies cause veeeeeeery lean.m repeating - ok with board or with tps unplugged. issue happens only wit rom with plugged tps switch.

You might not have synced the maps correctly into the BIN file you are using to save in the EPROM chip?

I use 27c128 EPROM, UV.
the only thing I'm not sure in - ECU generation, it's J-spec, 89 made, but looks like 87, try to recheck, probably 86th gen ECU addresses should be used.
will try to use 86 address, and repeat burning.

Make sure you sync the maps into the matching base image when tuning and that it matches the target ECU

so, I used this "vehicle select" and partially solved.
probably also was caused by low ttp min (when readjusted to similar to Jason's (redz31net) it became stable after warmed up, even afr is 14.7 +/- 0.1. - missed afr during warming up cause got "battery lamp" issue (charging), so, was a little busy during warm-up.
also, I removed feedback bit switch #4 (default rpm/tp scales).
probably I need to add some fuel on warming up table also.
p.s. need to erase 2 chips - only 4 left unerased=)

I think I solved - stable almost all warm-up time, only at 60-70 a little unstable, but doesn't die.
so, it was TTPmin, I suggest (didn't do reburns, run last till warming up)
but, now need to solve another problem (not nistune related) close-to-die when one fan operates full speed and single one (swapped EU/AUS/200zr mt type setup vs oem clutch fan).
but still no idea - why it was ok with board, and bad with EPROM?

Not sure what you're doing wrong there. Both chips should be removed, and then sync into good chip and normally goes okay. I dont do EPROMs these days so its been a while

warmed-fine.
cold-a bit lean with tps unplugged, dies with plugged.
lean when warm, untill latency under 800.
rich(12.9)- if latency above 850.
a little rich(13.2) when fan operating low speed normal when cooling fan operating full speed (14.2-14.5) a little lean when second fan operating (14.9-15.2) - I have manual turn on of fans.
at all rpms (at place)-14.8-13.1(enrichment after 5000rpm)-difference between theoretical numbers less 0.5.
under boost -up to 11.8

also, got an "address mismatch" message. ecu according to internals 87(z31), should I reprogram base image using nistune programmer, or still can "choose another vehicle" and it will be fixed? (base rom 88-89, cause car production date 04.89, but J-spec)

Really need tune file and logs to see what is going on. Watch the injector pulsewidth vs AFRs to see how much change there is when its running
What type of injectors are they? Drilled OEM ones can have issues with idle control (due to poor spray patterns from being drilled...)
Address file must match the ECU base image (regardless of what ECU its actually installed in)

logs will be uploaded asap, a week I think (need to refuel, cause only 1/4 in tank, also need to adjust toe-in after steering rack replacement-so can't drive on a road for better logs).
pulswidth 2 at idle (need to recheck-probably I mean load).
injectors-used, cleaned (513cc on cleaning machine) unmodifyed (except hose burb added to fit stock rail), denso green high impedance(been told from tt supra), one has small crack on cap, were good with EU spec cams, stock pistons and almost good on forged (didn't used nistune, tryed roms), serious issues began with 280/270 0.45"(11.43mm) cams (vs 262/254 0.333") European.
have forged pistons from z32tt, so they have a little lower CR.
all with O2 sensor unplugged (cause it's dead, wait for replacemt arrival to store)
ps. blow-by is absent (in common sence-oil refill cap sucked to cam cover, pulsates a little with sucking-in) so pistons are ok.
small knocks happens on idle (mechanical noises) dissapear at any above (even with only tps unplugged)

Matt, this not primal, and 10 times tryed to be adjusted rom. log are partially empty cause of lost connection.
also, met "checksum" error. anyway, any of your advices welcome, cause I ve no ides.

Restarted editing.
Better results, on startup also, no "checksum/image" error.
but - 1st start - afr closer to 13.5 idling.
next starts (hot) - 12.8 +/-0.2
partially solved "hot start" using editing "warm engine enrichment" table.
injectors 513 (K used for 510), latency 870 (no idea on actual - set in Nistune).single hole (like GTR32's, but Denso's 14 Ohms), non-modifyed
280/270 11.43mm cams (instead of 264/262 9.98mm)+ ferrea valves (stock size)
EU spec RH exhaust manifold (no EGR, left solenoid itself to avoid ECU errors)
stock maf, t3/t4, forged wiseco (for z32) - so it has lower to stock turbo compression ratio (0.1-0.2).
intercooled.
attached los into RAR in 2 parts (exceed 3 Mb), cause of big size.
