New to me 240sx with sr swap and nistune. Where to start?

Bought a 95 240sx with a SR20 swap in it and was told that NisTune is already installed in the ECU. The seller said he never had the cable or the program, that his tuner did. I know I need to buy a license but I'm not sure what cable I need to connect?
