Yes, the 24U00 will be included in the release. It's already coded.

The biggest delay has been a batch of counterfeit logic chips. I've taken it up with the supplier and they were going to test/inspect and replace the chips.
That was many weeks ago and they have stopped replying to my recent email demands to get their s^&t together.
What I though was a bargain has turned into a nightmare!! From my investigations this is a common practice with these chips.

I'm thinking about purchasing another batch from a factory authorised supplier, but funding is holding me back at this time. Not only is the freight far higher, but the devices are 3 times as much for the industrial grade parts.
I'm not happy using the equivalent 'commercial grade' parts in critical application like ECU's.

Fortunatly, end user pricing won't change.

It'll be well worth the wait.

Matt's been helpful in providing a software upgrade that allows a much higher data transfer rate - it's atleast 25% quicker so datalogging and map tracing will be greatly enhanced.

My health has not been the best recently, but one good thing is that on Monday I won a court case againt the guy who robbed me last year.

Spoke to Stu a number of weeks ago. Still sorting out counterfeit chips and some other things which have been going on. Hopefully we see something soon

We should crowd fund the Type 6 development if money is an issue.

I don't think that is the issue... but I've not heard from him in over six months. I just advise using the RB20 ECU with VCT add on now offered. Works fine

Yeah it would be good to use the R33 ECU but despite offering funding etc I haven't heard back.

This is a huge development for the R33 market and I really think we should push it.

Is Stu okay? From what I read he is having some health issues?

Hope he's okay.

Matt, I could sell loads of these. Are you in a position to take it over if Stu can't continue it?
