Standard ECU without Nistune board will not have TP. Does this have Nistune board fitted?

Open up logger, and then record. Logger will always with to stream mode. You can then switch back to tuner mode

If you have no TP with Nistune board, please do a debug log file and poste here

I updated to version 1.2.51 nistyun.

I use type 2 board

nistune-0914-1837.log
nistune-0914-1901.log
Need to be connected to consult when taking logs.

Both logs here show no useful information. There is no consult connection in these log files (just appears you are playing back a consult log)

Your ECU:
nistune-0918-2100.log

Code: Select all

Found COM5 Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port
CSerialSupport:Initialise(): Connecting to COM5
16:01:35.679 Version String:00 01 05 40 00 00 00 1F 80 00 C0 00 00 00 00 30 24 31 31 55 30 46
16:01:35.679 Consult ECU Version: 11U0F

16:01:35.869 EventMangager: CConsultQueue::CONSULT_EVENT_FIND_REGISTERS
16:01:35.869 TX:5A 26
16:01:35.869 RX:A5 FE
16:01:35.869 Register 26 doesn't exist
16:01:35.869 TX:5A 27
16:01:35.879 RX:A5 FE
16:01:35.879 Register 27 doesn't exist

Verison info: 15
16:01:35.889 RX:35 06 00 00 15

My ECU:

Code: Select all

01:47:32.072 TX:5A 26
01:47:32.088 RX:A5 26
01:47:32.088 Register 26 exists
01:47:32.088 TX:5A 27
01:47:32.104 RX:A5 27
01:47:32.104 Register 27 exists
The difference is that your ECU is missing the TP register (26,27) from the board!

Attached is image with consult table showing 00DB/00DC TP address. Yours would have FF,FF here to be reporting this issue

Likely this was caused by uploading the consult table from a standard ECU BIN file (during import of feature pack??). You can fix the table by using the Display > Hex editor and edit the values as displayed in second attachment

Only in tuner mode. Inside Stream Mode the registers 26,27 are empty (from factory) so it is not available until the board is fitted
