idle problems and Rich on deceleration help

hey guys new to nistune and a bit of a noob,
-rb25det r33 manual with r32 type 2 board
- q45 afm
- bigger turbo
- and the usual rest except stock injectors

I've read the manuals a couple times over now. Basically the first issue is after letting off the gas the AFRs drop to about 10-11 then shoot back up to 15-16 and when im coasting down a hill il be around 12-13 afr , killing my fuel economy and sometimes causing me to stall when coming to a stop. What do i need to adjust ? fuel cut and recovery?

secondly my idle is at about 1200 rpm right now , how do i solve that? i've read the manuals but cant find anything on the topic
