Well this is a little late for some who may have been interested. I'm going to go ahead and post up one of my older BIN files just for reference. This is was simply a driveable tune on my car after I installed the Schneider 274 cams, PT6262, and StreetFighter manifolds. It was by no means a finished tune. This is for 93 Oct pump.

This should get your running on start up no problem. I'm on day 2 right now and it runs like stock.

- 370cc stock injectors
- R35 afm
- the usual FMIC, open pod filters and 3 inch invidia exhaust system.

Future mods will be R35 GTR Injectors on top of the existing mods.

I dont know where to start here, the tuner did not know what they were doing...

Fuel maps are all over the place (should usually be nice and smooth). You can see from the AFRs in the dyno sheet there is a huge gap

Fuel recovery table changed... not sure why
Crank enrich table all over the place. Normally take the
Temp enrich should not need changing (when warm)
Dwell time should adjust the entire area consistency (not just a dump around 11-14 volts)
Dwell duty should not be adjusted

Idle/decel timing table messed up (put back to factory)
Idle offset vs temp should not normally need changing
Latency change vs volt should not normally need changing
Latency would set about 1150

Problem is modifying one parameter/table runs incorrectly can then affect how the rest of the ECU runs.

Timing looks smooth and should be okay. Scales are probably ok (but need to check via log). Fuel map needs fixing, and put above tables back to factory in the meantime (open second compare image and then use COPY button to revert to factory tables)

Also from CA18DET: Intake manifold, injectors, throttle body and sensor, fuel pump.
from CA16DE: shorter Gearbox, lighter clutch, lighter flywheel, full exhaust system, replacement catalytic converter 400 cells
power steering removed

No knocks, for years...

Next step: 200 cell cat, poncams

The torque curve is not so good, i think it's because the small CA16 exhaust system and the 400 cell cat holds the exhaust gases back...

it ran 335bhp and 410Nm
Runs pretty rich 10-11:1
