This is my first post
Im runnin a type 1 board in my ca18det and i have just changed over to a bosch coil early vt 5.0l i think and i need to adjust the dwell to suit but i cant find what there dwell settin should be and my dwell settins currently look a bit out of whack

Yes they look out of wack. Only modify the dwell vs voltage table
There should be a 'dwell time' guage which you can look at to see the current ms (dwell charge time) estimated by the software. The dwell time from memory is about 3.5ms so if you double the default values in the dwell/volt table it will effectively make it about 7ms for example
