Are the external CSV files for WB still used?
So can I just copy my modified version into the WB directory?
You will notice that the Wideband 1 / 2 folders in the Folders tab are the ones which are used
They are no longer combined, which then allows separate use of AUX1-6 and AUX1-6 for each wideband unit, for the selected wideband. For example WB1 can use AFR1, AUX1-3 and WB2 can use AFR2, AUX4-6

I like the the startup guide! Reviewing it was useful but I would like the option to not see it every time I launch the software.
On the main timing and fuel maps the buttons below the map disappear when the upper or side menus are clicked on. Cliking the map moves the map to the front but not the buttons. They remain hidden until the main map is either moved or closed and re-opened.
