mtssdk.ocx in NT directory

Post by Torque »

Greetings ... :)

I asked this before:

NT still installs mtssdk.ocx V 1.1 in its directory while Logworks/Innovate uses V 1.2 under its directory.

I recall that you (Matt) said there should only be one .ocx in the system.
I'm not sure which one is used/registered?

Cheers

We used to copy the DLL in, but that is not required

I don't believe the OCX was an issue, and we still copy it into our program files folder

Ok, thanks ... does NT register the OCX or is the Logworks one used?

Think it uses the one in our folder. Would have to probe the installer code, but it works and so does logworks
