With the feature pack updates do I get fan control? I have spare output for the fuel enrichment sol and egr solenoid that are currently not used. I know the fuel temp is used for the launch. Just trying to confirm. would love to use these wires for something.
with the following what would be the best feature pack rom file to start with. currently on M30_VG30_F661F_K255AFA6_FAN_FP_TB45_maps.bin with current consevative tune.
Vg33et M30 Hxd35 on Water, 750 bosch, slot style 350z in factory, aeromotive stealth, 5speed.

Normally M30 VG30E ECUs do not have fan control. At one stage I was using these for TB45 engines
I would re-use existing outputs and convert them to fan control. So if you have the standard M30 ECU program loaded, these will not function
We also had to cut the ECU tracks from the reused outputs and route them to the fan control
So basically you need:
1. Reflash M30 ECU code to the TB45 / M30 code (ENT file - using base image programmer board. BIN file is only the maps)
2. Wire in Fan lo and Fan hi from the reused outputs (I've got a doc detailing the whole procedure but can put the write up here for the fans if you want it)

The firmware flash file is : M30_VG30_F661F_K255AFA6_FAN_FP.ent
That needs to be reprogrammed in your Type 2 board using a Base Image Programmer. We sell these on the website, but many distributors listed on the website have these also (CZP, Houston Z, AVP, Ronin if you are in the states)
Once flashed in, you can adjust the fan control flags table values and Fan Control parameters
