z32 TT lean condition

Post by spec1sef »

I am having issue with car running lean at full boost regardless of PSI.
GT2860rs, AUS1000cc injectors, Walbro 480, e85, Tomei FPR with factory FPR and Dampener removed. I am seeing 12.9 AFR even after raising the values on fuel map. I have not maxed the injectors yet. Car only made 440whp at 19psi on Mustang dyno.

I have checked for vacuum leaks for unmetered air. Nothing found.

I have attached my MAP and 4th gear log.

How does the fuel pressure look? Put a gauge on it, and it should increase 1 psi for each psi of boost

Tune seems to look okay apart from you are Z32 MAF with 1000CC injectors but your K is higher (more fuel) than stock

K 288 to 340 suggests you added more fuel. With 1000CC I would expect a lower K constant (much lower) so not sure what is going on there apart from other fueling issues. You are reaching 50% duty cycle from the logs which is 700CC of fuel approx (Factoring in 30% extra for E85), so it shouldn't be going lean unless there is a fuel pump/delivery issue?

Given the 0.86 throughout the log, I think you have a wideband input issue, or the sensor is dead. Does the gauge match the software? Have you tried a free air calibration (if possible) on it?
