Windows 10/11 requires updated FTDI drivers (and hence updated signed Nistune drivers which are a modified version of FTDI). This has been pushed through the processes and is now available. Will allow driver memory integrity checking to pass
General question: why does Nistune require Admin rights to be installed if you don't install the drivers ? May it change ?
When Nistune was coded up it was done back in the WinXP days, so everything was located in a single user and documents folder. Some of the items like Innovate MTS may require admin, and there hasn't really been a requirement to change to non-admin users (which is the main reason). Most tuners run single main user (admin) on their laptops which is the use case for most tuning software
