Hey guys new to the forum just a few things I’m not to sure about, my vehicle has been tuned before with standard injectors and maf i have a r35 maf and 760cc injectors to go in, if I choose the new maf and set the injector values in the drop boxes will it automatically change the map to keep it safe to drive to the tuner?

It will be a 'theoretical' calculation only
So you can adjust from old MAF to current MAF, and it will use the new calibration curve, and an estimated K constant adjustment based on flow change between MAFs
Similar with injectors, change from old CC to new CC, and percentage adjustment to TIM / K constant
See how it idles, runs and check AFRs where possible, and no boost until retuned, since scaling and mixtures will need checking/adjusting
