crash bug in tp load limit

nistune crashes when i open the TP Load Limit window.
maybe because its a single value?

using HR31 RB20det eccs address file with the new address file edit in the lastest nistune version

As soon as I changed it to single value, I noticed that too. Its because its only one value .... and I fixed it on the spot!

I'll upload the new version now since someone else is using that also with HR31 at the moment with that address file too!
