Cold Start Problem Only

Post by Hendrick301 »

Well the car starts fine, but then after about a min, the idle goes up and down almost stalling untill the car reaches operating tempature. If i fiddle with the idle timing and the cold start it changes it but i still cant get it quite right.

anyone seen this?

its wierd. once the temp reads 50 it acts up on the dot every time then goes away at 70.

so basically starts fine, runs like crap after a min with a loopy idle vac gauge reads -21 rythemically moving to -15 and back untill the coolent gauge reads 1/2 way. then a study -21

im getting some dyno time next week.
