These values seem off compared to all the others. I tried reloading new image files but still nothing...

two problems...
NIStune has confused the cold start - warm start parameters
(they were listed in lookup tables wrong order... now fixed in release tonight)
The 'warm start' parameter in the address file is not used for earlier model Z31 but is for later models. The parameter (temperature) is normally checked and then a table is chosen based on cold/warm starting
So remove that line WARM_START_ENRICH from your address file. I've updated the address files on the website tonight
