I can double check if CA18 should be correct.

Z31 doesnt have a variable TPS input (only switch). Shouldn't report voltage. If it does for Z31 then I can make NIStune ignore it

ok, cool. how can i make it ignore it? it does read a voltage although its off at times. at idle it says "TPS ON" and goes off when you hit the gas

I'll put a fix in the next software build to ignore R31/Z31 TPS voltage parameter reported

The firmware has a consult table which must have a TPS entry in there by accident

so for the CA18.....what should the voltage be at fully closed, and fully open positions?
Im getting 0.3volts at fully closed (but im running a SR20 TPS.....so may be wrong????)

sounds like it might be wrong

streetbike did a log only last week with the CA18 ECU and has valid (upto 4.12 volts) TPS readings
viewtopic.php?t=306&start=30

I get about upto 2.5 volts on my bench with CA18 before my input voltage maxes out

I played with my tps sensor and noticed the the min/max voltage depends on how the sensor is manually adjusted. .44 was the lowest i remember
