I have no clue which volume would have the same car's in Austalia???

I'll have to get more of the volumes downloaded to find out, I only have the USDM Nissan/Inifiniti and JDM Nissan volumes on my desktop

Yes those ones are ADM delivered. If you have a look in the ROM file pack under Type 3 you will see the pins/part numbers for these

I'm putting together a massive ECU part list for all of this stuff to help me sort things. I should get Nissan FAST input in there also

Matt wrote:I can confirm B13 SR20DE VQMAPs for 64Y15, 71Y05 and 64Y00 are the same as S14 SR20DE 65F00

Which is why it has the same name. To update it just change the descrption against the VQ map bin in the definitons to B14/S14 SR20DE. I've updated it here for the next release

Send me through a BIN which doesnt work (and part number) and I can check that one out for you

Matt I know for a fact that all the below is correct because I doubled checked it with Nissan FAST

USDM B13 SR20DE AT/MT from the begining to end of production use the same MAF which is part number 22680-53J00

and

ALL USDM Infiniti P10 SR20DE AT/MT from the begining up untill 04/95 use the same MAF which is part number 22680-53J00

I know this is a big task to pair up the correct MAF with the correct ECU's and its further made more confusing because we are dealing with more than one market but I think this is very important that this information big tacked and corrrect once and for all because just browsing through different BIN.s I see alot of conflicting VQ MAPs and I have little faith in what is correct especially when you stated that you know for a fact that 64Y15 is the same as S14 SR20DE when I know for a fact both these vehicles used a different MAF.

For one all USDM B13 and P10 up to 04/95 use the same MAF 22680-53J00 as detailed above with dates

28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 28 164 323 489 667 859 1067 1295 1545 1821 2124 2458 2825 3228 3669 4152 4677 5248 5866 6535 7256 8032 8864 9756 10707 11723 12802 13949 15163 16448 17806 19237 20743 22326 23988 25730 27553 29460 31451 33527 35690 37942 40282 42713 45236 47851 50560 53363 56261 59255 62346 65535

Second the S14 SR20DE JDM market uses MAF 22680-52F00 from 9310-9505 and MAF 22680-52F01 from 9505 and on

246 246 246 246 246 246 246 246 246 246 246 260 297 359 447 561 705 877 1080 1315 1582 1882 2215 2584 2987 3426 3902 4413 4962 5549 6173 6835 7537 8277 9058 9880 10744 11650 12602 13594 14645 15742 16891 18098 19365 20696 22098 23574 25132 26778 28521 30369 32332 34421 36649 39027 41571 44296 47220 50361 53741 57380 65398 65535

Now how can this be when you said you know for a fact that the B13 64Y15 and the S14 65F00 both use different MAF part numbers and as per Nistune via VQ Maps use different scaling?

Are these VQ MAPS really detected by Nistune or is it something manually interpetated in the BIN file that tells it what to use which can be incorrect I have no clue I odnt know the inner working of any of this but I do know 1+1=2 lol

All in all Matt I think it would be far less a headache to have a drop down menu of MAF Part # and then select the correct MAF that way

I'm not going to add all the FAST part number into Nistune (way too much work)

Some of these MAFs use the same VQ maps. As I have added VQ maps to Nistune, there could be potential duplication. This has happened as indicated in the other thread for B13 and N15 and S14 SR20DE. I've updated the definition file in that thread. Please use this

Okay I've done some work on this one.

I've dumped all the current VQ map BIN files which Nistune uses and sorted them in HEX order to locate duplicates. I've removed all the duplicate entries in the vqmap.def file (attached) and assigned those vehicles to one single entry for that vehicle.

The listing is below:
A32_VQ30_VQ_MAP.bin,A32-VQ30DE,400
B14_SR20DE_VQ_MAP.bin,B14-SR20DE,280

HPX_3_5IN_VQ_MAP.bin,HPX-3-5inch,700
BIN file, description in Nistune, estimated HP (used for resize)
These are now all unique entries. I dont have enough data to pull the part numbers for all of these so I will remain using the model vehicle description. The duplicates (like S14-B13-N14-N15-SR20DE) are all grouped together now as a single entry

Okay checked the following

23710-
71Yxx, 70Yxx, 64Yxx, 67Yxx, 78Cxx = B13/S14/etc SR20DE VQ map

23710-
94Yxx, 0M6xx, 1M8xx, 2M0xx, 1M8xx, 4M2xx = B13 late/B14 SR20DE VQ map

The current labeled B14 SR20DE VQ file is actually for B14 GA16DE. Updated the definitions (attached)
